ABOUT US

AT ST WENN SCHOOL

St Wenn is a friendly rural village school, tucked away in a beautiful spot in Cornwall. We are a forward looking school with big ideas and here we like to think of learning as an adventure. Parents, staff, governors and pupils are all on a journey together to equip the next generation of children with skills, values, ambitions and imagination to become the people they deserve to be. Please join us on our adventure, all are welcome!

A NOTE FROM SALLY BERRY,

HEADTEACHER AT ST WENN SCHOOL

We would like to offer you a very warm welcome to the St Wenn School website.

Our aim is to give you a useful insight into the type of school we are developing at St Wenn School, its aims, its staff, its curriculum, its organisation and activities.

Our school aim is "A love of Learning for Life". This is because we feel that learning takes place throughout your life and is a life long tool.

We offer a committed and talented team of staff who are focussed on delivering an exciting curriculum through high quality teaching, which is rich and diverse for all children in our care.

We firmly believe that an effective partnership between home and school is vital and communications between us should be open, honest and friendly in order that positive experiences may be gained and pupils will make excellent progress.

We hope that you will take time to visit this site often in order to keep up to date and begin to experience for yourself the care and learning that takes place at St Wenn School.
